This event is in partnership with many of the local farms to produce food of the highest quality. From our farm to your plate.

Jamie Keating, CEC  is the chef and manager behind EPIC Restaurant. He is a graduate of Paul Smith’s College, located in the Adirondacks of New York, and the Culinary Institute at Greystone in California. He is a member of the 2008 ACF United States Culinary Olympic Team and a recent triple GOLD MEDALIST in the Kochunhunst Austerlang, Erfurt, Germany. His culinary experience includes positions with Hyatt Hotels in Atlanta, Hilton Head and New Jersey. He has traveled to Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg and France to compete against other countries for top honors in cooking. Jamie gained additional international expertise through a position at a Michelin 3 Star restaurant in France and his studies at the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. He has been featured several times on the Food Network and in many culinary and national publications. He is the owner and chef of  the premier catering company, Jamie Keating Culinary, Inc. Jamie’s past adventures in the culinary world have included working for Milliken and Company, Hyatt Hotels of Atlanta, Hilton Head and New Brunswick, New Jersey.



Garrett Lee is a Singer Songwriter from Phenix City, AL. He picked up a guitar at age 11 and knew he wanted a career in music. Over the past decade he has written and recorded a handful of projects, including this one, that you can listen to right here.

Your meal will be served outside where you can enjoy nature's wonderful offerings, that are on your plate, while you sit on top of the mountain. This dinner will be located at F.D. Roosevelt Park in Pine Mountain which is 9,049 acres of meandering trails, miniature waterfalls and majestic mountain ranges that stretch until the sky meets the treetops. The park's newly remodeled Lake Franklin Event Center will be the host of this experience, which provides its visitors with a scenic venue throughout the year. The center affords a breathtaking view of Dowdell's Knob and Lake Franklin — a 25-acre spring fed reservoir dug by the CCC.
